A Cultural History of the NHS | In 2018 the NHS will be seventy years old. The cultural history of this key institution of post-war British life remains largely undeveloped. Now in partnership with the Wellcome Trust The University of Warwick’s Centre for the History of Medicine (CHM) are commencing a research project to explore its history.

Healing Arts has been collaborating with CHM since 2013 and has been invited to be part of this new project, hosting creative art events at UHCW, offering an interactive element through show and tell and visual arts exhibits, reflecting Coventry and Warwickshire’s hospital history.
